Due to the nature of Shonga Hair products, we take matters of hygiene, health related issues and public safety seriously.  All sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

Shipping

All units are shipped through either DHL, Auspost (Australia Post) express or standard shipping which can be selected at checkout.

All units have processing times under the product in the description, which is the time when your order will be shipped.

Orders shipped outside Australia may incur custom fees which is the buyer’s responsibility, we are not responsible for any custom fees. Once the product leaves our premises we are not responsible for any issues that may occur.

Shipping days are classified as business days ( i.e Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays)

Please be aware that we are an Australian company and our time zone may be different to yours.
